Owner and founder of I.S.A calisthenics gymMike Hannon, known online as "MikeMike," is a prominent Canadian calisthenics coach, elite athlete, and entrepreneur who has dedicated over a decade to mastering bodyweight training. A University of Toronto alumnus, Hannon established himself at the pinnacle of Canadian bodyweight sports as a five-time Canadian Muscle Up 1RM champion and frequently works as an organizer and judge for Calisthenics Canada events. After overcoming major setbacks, including business closures and bankruptcy, he channeled his resilience into founding the Indomitable Spirit Academy (ISA) in Mississauga, Ontario. Today, he coaches an inclusive community ranging from ages 4 to 85, helping everyday people and elite athletes unlock advanced movements like handstands, planches, and his signature muscle-ups.
